After a century's slumber, the Wolf-Stag returns to stalk the hollow
Matthew Stipple immigrated from Ireland to Maine with his family in the 19th century. He secured a job as a logger in Blue-Hill Hollow and eventually built a small house for himself and his family near the moor of the town.
With the Irish immigrants followed a coven of pagan Kindred, specifically a cult of Acolytes who worshiped Cernunnos, the Irish horned god of the hunt. Hoping to secure a claim on the vulnerable mortal population from the Lance, Kindred immigrants to Blue-Hill began embracing Childer as a means of increasing their numbers. Matthew found himself among those embraced, falling into his requiem with a bestial fervor to rival that of his peers.
